Online Personal Health Record and Wallet Card

The AlertCard system combines aspects of online and offline Medical Alert Informational products to provide accurate information to First Responders and Emergency Room Staff during Medical Emergencies.

Combining The Best of Both Worlds

The Online Personal Health Record makes your data accessible online through your computer and cell phone. Your NFC enabled bracelet connects directly to your online record during a medical emergency and contains QR Codes and text telling First Responders to look for your AlertCard in your wallet. Window stickers tell them to look on your refrigerator or in the glove box for the AlertCard InfoSheet in the bright yellow envelope.
